Hello — Jodi here . . .
Hi, I’m Jodi — owner and host of The Pearl.
My love for hosting began years ago while living in Atlanta during the 1996 Olympics. Opening my home to people from all over the world brought me so much joy, and I quickly realized how much I loved creating welcoming spaces where people could relax, connect, and make memories.
I’m a proud mother of three beautiful girls and a “Bunny” to my two grandsons, who bring endless love and laughter into my life.
When my girls grew up and the house became quieter, I knew I wanted to give this home a new purpose. The Pearl is more than just a place to stay — it’s the home where my children grew up, where birthdays were celebrated, summers were spent by the ocean, and countless memories were made.
As an empty nester, it became important to me to share the beauty, warmth, and love this space has always held. My hope is that every guest who walks through the doors of The Pearl feels the same comfort, peace, and joy that my family experienced here for so many years.
Whether you’re visiting for rest, celebration, or simply to enjoy the ocean air, I’m honored to welcome you and help create memories of your own.

We had a fabulous time. Jodi was a very gracious host and her place is beautiful inside and out. The beds were comfy, the breakfast every morning was delicious and her little dog Nellie was very entertaining. I hope my family has another chance to come again.
